The Talent Transformation Team under CECR focuses on nurturing essential employability skills through a structured and holistic approach. A series of training programs, workshops, and seminars are conducted regularly to enhance students' competencies in areas such as resume building, interview preparation, communication, aptitude, problem-solving, leadership, and domain-specific skills. These initiatives ensure that every student is well-prepared to meet industry expectations with confidence and competence.
Beyond training, CECR actively facilitates part-time and full-time internships with reputed organizations, providing students with invaluable industry exposure and practical learning experiences.
