The Leadership Excellence Academy for Development Services (LEADS), an initiative of Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, is dedicated to nurturing ethical, competent, and transformational leaders across education, corporate organisations, government agencies, and the development sector.
Through evidence-based training, leadership coaching, executive education, and capacity-building programmes, LEADS empowers individuals and institutions to lead with vision, resilience, innovation, and social responsibility.
