Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum (JAEF)
The Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum (JAEF) is a strategic initiative of Kristu Jayanti University established to strengthen the bond between the University and its alumni entrepreneurs while fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem on campus. The Forum serves as a collaborative platform that connects successful alumni entrepreneurs with students, faculty, industry experts, and aspiring innovators to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
The primary goal of the Forum is to organize the Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Meet, an annual flagship event that brings together distinguished alumni entrepreneurs, students, faculty members, industry leaders, investors, and startup enthusiasts. Through workshops, panel discussions, and structured mentoring programmes, JAEF equips students with practical business knowledge, leadership capabilities, and an innovation-driven mindset.

To establish the Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum (JAEF) as a premier platform that unites alumni entrepreneurs, students, academicians, industry leaders, and innovators in fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Forum envisions creating a culture of innovation, ethical leadership, and lifelong collaboration that empowers aspiring entrepreneurs to transform ideas into sustainable enterprises.
Mission
The Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum is committed to creating a dynamic and collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem that bridges the gap between academia, industry, and the entrepreneurial community. The Forum seeks to leverage the expertise, experience, and achievements of Jayantian alumni entrepreneurs to inspire, mentor, and empower students to pursue entrepreneurship as a career and a means of creating societal impact.
Key Objectives of JAEF
- • Establish a Dynamic Alumni Entrepreneur Network: Create a structured and sustainable platform that connects Jayantian alumni entrepreneurs with the University, enabling lifelong engagement, professional networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
- • Promote Entrepreneurial Excellence: Organize the Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Meet, annual conclaves, expert talks, panel discussions, networking sessions, and leadership interactions that inspire entrepreneurial thinking.
- • Mentor and Empower Future Entrepreneurs: Provide continuous mentoring, coaching, and guidance to aspiring student entrepreneurs through interactions with accomplished alumni, industry experts, startup founders, and business leaders.
- • Strengthen Industry–Academia Collaboration: Facilitate strategic partnerships between the University, alumni entrepreneurs, industries, startups, incubators, and innovation hubs to promote experiential learning and collaborative projects.
- • Support Startup Development and Innovation: Encourage innovation, business incubation, startup creation, and investment opportunities by connecting students with entrepreneurial resources and mentors.
- • Enhance Entrepreneurial Competencies: Organize workshops, business development programmes, skill enhancement initiatives, and capacity-building activities in leadership, business planning, and financial management.
- • Recognize Entrepreneurial Achievements: Celebrate and honour the outstanding accomplishments of Jayantian alumni entrepreneurs through awards, recognition programmes, and success-story showcases.
- • Promote Ethical and Sustainable Entrepreneurship: Encourage responsible business practices, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable innovation that contribute to economic development and societal well-being.
