Established in 2005, the Kristu Jayanti Alumni Association is a vibrant global community that fosters lifelong connections among alumni, students, faculty, and the University. United by the values of Kristu Jayanti, the Association serves as a platform for collaboration, mentorship, professional networking, and meaningful engagement, bringing together graduates from diverse academic disciplines across the world.
The Association supports alumni through career networking, professional development opportunities, lifelong learning initiatives, and a wide range of alumni events. Its members actively contribute to strengthening industry–academia partnerships, mentoring students, and enhancing career opportunities for future graduates. Mitrotsava, the University's annual alumni reunion, celebrates the enduring bond among Jayantians by bringing alumni together to reconnect, reminisce, and inspire one another.

Membership in the Association
The students are enrolled as Kristu Jayanti Alumni Association members at the time of graduating from the university. The students must pay a lifetime membership fee. Once the students are registered with the association, they are welcome to participate in all the activities of the association. The students are also encouraged to connect with the nearest chapter based on their location. The alumni have three active chapters: the Karnataka chapter, the UAE chapter, and the Kerala chapter. The association aims to add more chapters in the coming years through greater connectivity and networking.
